Habits and behaviours

I love it when I see where/from whom I've picked up a habit or behaviour. It makes it easier to let it go. We do this picking up of habits and behaviours, individually and collectively. Sometimes they are good/useful. Sometimes they are not.

Which habits/behaviours are not serving you? Which might you let go? 

Which collective habits/behaviours might the groups you are involved with be ready to become aware of and let go?
