I am a Transformational Leadership Coach and Thought Partner to current and emerging leaders with a vision of a better world for all. I love working on multiple levels, from working one-on-one with super-smart women ready for their next level of impact to exploring emergent strategies for societal and systems transformation. Inner change precedes outer change after all.
I have a Yale MBA, 30 years experience working across countries and sectors, from investment banking and management consulting to philanthropy and international development. I discovered my creative strategic genius while working to solve some of the world’s toughest problems at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, though it took longer to learn and lean into my true purpose.
Sometimes, I marvel at how a little brown girl born in a small town in central Africa, weighed down for years by the expectations, beliefs and histories of others, got to this point of living life on her own terms, making the difference she is here to make, and helping others do the same. And I am grateful for all the experiences that enable me to support others whose light the world needs now.
